Overview of job  
EssenceMediacom is seeking a Manager-Ecommerce Search with 3-5 years of work experience who will be responsible for managing the e-commerce media planning & execution for one of the largest CPG clients in India, managing e-commerce campaign operations and execution across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

In this role, your goals will be:   
In Three months:  
  • You will be able to get a decent grip on the business that you are supporting
  • Work closely with partners/ marketplaces to build plans, AOPs’ & pitches
  • Develop and advice on campaign strategies for clients across marketplaces, platform and properties, in accordance with brand goals
  • Ensure consistent and efficient planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of campaigns as per brand’s objectives to ensure stellar customer experience
  • Review performance of key metrics against set goals, benchmarks and previous performance
  • Work closely with the internal stake holders / subject matter experts / channel intelligence team to ensure comprehensive e-commerce approach for both media & non- Media
  • Identify trends, benchmarks and best practices
  • Support new business pitches and onboarding
  • Maintain P&L to ensure profitability and optimum utilization of resources for concerned cluster.
 In Six months:  
  • You will have started making significant business impact through your understanding, knowledge, and initiatives
 In Twelve months:  
  • You would have successfully accelerated this vertical in the agency
 What your day job looks like at GroupM:  
    • Execute Monthly Plans for search across ecommerce platforms (specially Amazon & Flipkart)
    • Lead and manage all operations E2E to ensure smooth execution of Search campaigns.
    • Manages ad budgets effectively to allocate resources efficiently across campaigns and placements.
    • Conducts comprehensive keyword analysis to identify relevant search terms and refines campaign based on performance data and trends.
    • Undertakes campaign analysis to deliver findings and recommendations. Dissects data at all levels to deliver actionable insights driving performance efficiency.
    • Responsible for performance reporting and prepares reports as per requirement.
    • Leads review for assigned set of accounts to share Weekly/ Monthly performance with client.
 What you’ll bring:

    • Complete understanding of Search ads on platform. Demonstrates expertise in navigating ad account dashboards to deploy and manage campaigns.
    • Problem solving and strong analytical skills. Ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and decisions.
    • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment.
    • Proficient in Excel.
Minimum qualifications:  
  • Tech or MBA
    Minimum 3 years of experience executing PPC/ Search ads on Ecommerce marketplaces
    Experience with tools for campaign management and Bid optimization.
